Order
• To place an order, please fill up the order form below
• Upon receiving your order, we will reply via email within 48 hour to confirm the availability of item. We will issue you an order number and provide the payment details for you to make payment
• Items will be reserved for 3 days. If payment is not made after 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled
• Kindly inform us via email once payment is made. Please refer to “Payment” below
• We reserve the right to reject the order if the item is out of stock at the time of order received
• No refund is acceptable for cancellation of order after payment is received.
Payment
• We accept payment via cash deposit, Internet banking and fund transfer directly to our account
• Please allow 1-3 working days for the payment clearance to our account
• If there is no payment after 3 days, the order will be cancelled
• Kindly inform us via email once payment is made. Please remember to include your order number, the bank account, payment date and time, amount and mode of payment

• We will deliver the item within 3-4 days after payment is received
• Items are inspected for good condition and zero defect before delivery. We shall not be liable for any damage or lost of items during delivery
• Postage of return item should be borne by the customer. The return item should be in its original condition, packaging with the label untagged
• We will notify you via email the parcel tracking number. If you did not receive the parcel after the expected delivery days, please contact us via email
• In the event of parcel being returned to us due to reasons like wrong/incomplete address, recipient refused to accept parcel, unclaimed parcel and etc, customer will have to pay for re-delivery charges.

• All accessories (i.e. belt, necklace & etc) are not included unless specified.
• Visual and description of item in term of colour, measurement, etc may vary from the actual item and we shall not be liable for any discrepancies whatsoever.
• Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable. We reserve the right to decline any request for refund or exchange of items.
